womad 2007
25 august
went for my first ever womad. at fort canning hill
got there about 6-ish and people had already camped out everywhere on the slope. the stage is way down there so well we had to park ourselves up near the building.
there were food and drinks but of course most of the guys brought their own. it's like a picnic, i'm sure it's more fun this way! like us~~
<--- my doraemon magic pouch containing more snacks
eager beavers
these are bum sheets. for your precios bum to sit on then becomes trash bags at the end of the day . get up get up get up and daaance!
okay and the music starts. honestly, i do not know any one of the performers. but i like music so here i am. womad is here for the tenth year.
the show barely started for half an hour and it began to drizzle. then the drizzle grew into a rain. some people ran off. i hate the rain but i stayed on. bleh. luckily i had my fav boots. no pictures of the rain, only the red red sky.
my camera is not waterproof i think.unless i ziplocked it. but then again that's another story. oh then the rain stopped after a while.
okay. so did i mention drinks?
hee hee.
margaritas!
of course, these are the happy people.
oei. sit down
not too bad for some rain before, the moon arises
that's a wrap folks. it was a nice night, thank you.
