Japan in Spring, Part Three

Oh well, i have been lazy n not posting. Here goes my part three of my trip, spring 2009.

Ended my part two at the end of the mountain trip. This is a very important station called Shinano Omachi. This is one end of the gateway of Kurobe Alpine route. We couldn't get to the other end because of heavy snow on the other side, hence had to backtrack down. We were suppose to take the train that goes up north. Instead... we hopped onto the wrong train that took us back to Matsumoto, which cost us one hour. So we took the same train back to Shinano Omachi Station. Didn't check properly and guess what... took the same train back to Matsumoto again.... this time, we were smart. got off at the next station and tried to rush back to connect to the right train but we missed it.

So we ended up spending some time in the nearby supermarket near Shinano Omachi Station before hopping onto the CORRECT train.

bought some sushi for dinner.

Finally, the correct place to rest for the night, Toyama City. Not forgetting some snacks n beer before hitting the sack!
