well,i have known that for a while already. yes. but i am just officially telling myself (and you) that.
i didn't have lunch today so was pretty hungry by the time i got home. i looked in the fridge and found some leftover spaghetti (sans the sauce). ah! pasta! maybe i should have pasta.
no sauce. never mind, i shall make my own.
let's see. i have butter, milk (last small packet), herbs, eggs. sounds like fun.
so i put in the butter and milk and herbs, with a dash of salt. then. i decided to turn the white 'cream' sauce into carbonara sauce. so i added an egg because i think there is suppose to be one.
well.
well.
it looks like a cross between smudged porridge and carbonara.
tasted like ..mmm.. just horrid.
what a waste of the egg.
haha. okay, no more attempts to create my own recipes. i shall be good and just buy the instant sauce..
ha.
