they needed to send me a PIN to activate my account. due to negliance of my singtel email account, i couldn't remember my password to log in to retrieve the PIN, so i opted to receive the PIN via mail...
okay, my last bit of wasting paper i know.
two days later. i received the PIN. twice.
oh what an irony.
